Cancellation Policy
In order to provide every guest with exceptional service, I kindly require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost.Outstanding balances must be settled via Venmo or Cash before future appointments can be reserved. Thank you for valuing my time.
